  • Effective Rent - Rent revenues after mortgage payment, property tax payment, and property management fees
  • Effective Rent% - The percentage of rent revenues you collect after mortgage payment, property tax payment, and property management fees
  • Projected 1-Year ROI - The projected one year return on investment from rental revenues. Accounts for closing costs, home purchase payment, mortgage payments, property taxes, and property management.
